How to Get Support
In-app support: Switch Co-writer to Support mode (click the Support icon at the bottom-right of your screen). Our AI support bot handles initial responses for common questions about billing, features, and troubleshooting. If it can't resolve your issue, it will escalate to a human team member.
Email: support@plotdrive.com for billing issues, refunds, or anything that needs personal attention.
Tip: When reaching out to support, include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead (screenshots help!)
- Your browser and device type
- Any error messages you saw
Where to Learn
