How Login Works
Plotdrive uses passwordless login. There's no password to create, remember, or reset. Here's how it works:
- Go to plotdrive.com and click Sign In
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a magic link
- Click the link to access your account
That's it. You'll stay logged in on your device until you explicitly sign out.
Where Are My Settings?
- AI settings (model selection, API keys): Top of your document editor — click the AI model selector
- Account settings (plan, billing, profile): Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Credit balance: Profile icon → Credits
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel: go to Settings → Account → Manage Plan and select "Cancel subscription."
If you'd like a refund, reach out via the Support tab in Co-writer or email support@plotdrive.com with your account email.
Switching Between Monthly and Annual Billing
Go to Settings → Account → Manage Plan. You should see an option to switch between annual and monthly billing. Annual billing saves 25%.
