Duplicating a Project
You can duplicate any project — including all documents, story foundations, and settings — from the project dashboard.
- Go to your project dashboard (click the project name in the top-left)
- Find the project you want to duplicate
- Click the three-dot menu (top-right corner of the project card)
- Select "Duplicate"
This is perfect for starting a new book in the same world — your world bible, character sheets, and settings all carry over.
Moving Documents Between Projects
- From the project dashboard, click "View files" on the project containing the documents
- Select the files you want to move
- Choose the destination project
You can move multiple files at once.
Using Collections
Collections let you group related projects together — for example, all books in a series.
- From the project dashboard, create a new Collection
- Name it (e.g., your series name)
- Select projects to add to the collection
You can also use the list view on the project dashboard for easier organization.
