Managing Your Projects

Duplicating a Project

You can duplicate any project — including all documents, story foundations, and settings — from the project dashboard.

  1. Go to your project dashboard (click the project name in the top-left)
  2. Find the project you want to duplicate
  3. Click the three-dot menu (top-right corner of the project card)
  4. Select "Duplicate"

This is perfect for starting a new book in the same world — your world bible, character sheets, and settings all carry over.

Moving Documents Between Projects

  1. From the project dashboard, click "View files" on the project containing the documents
  2. Select the files you want to move
  3. Choose the destination project

You can move multiple files at once.

Using Collections

Collections let you group related projects together — for example, all books in a series.

  1. From the project dashboard, create a new Collection
  2. Name it (e.g., your series name)
  3. Select projects to add to the collection

You can also use the list view on the project dashboard for easier organization.
